Private flying opens up a new world for those that are keen to get their feet off the ground and go places.  We've compiled a few options to whet the apetite and help generate ideas of your own.  

We encourage all would be cost-sharing participants to be open minded and to go explore.

Fly to the beach for the day e.g. Caernarfon.  It's just a short walk from Caenarfon Airfield and a real treat for those flying in.

Visit family and friends or celebrate on birthdays or anniversaries.  Go on a one way trip and come back by train.

Visit the best aviation museums e.g. RAF Duxford, RAF Cosford, Old Warden or RAF Hendon.  Get a real dose of aviation in.

Fly into Europe for a unique weekend away.  Cross the channel and into France or Belgium for the night during the summer.

Fly into a major festival or airshow e.g. Farnborough, Duxford, Goodwood Revival or Festival of Speed

Overfly your house, where you would like to move to, or see famous landmarks or places of interest from the air.

Visit a major city you haven't been to or seen for years. Choose an historic town or a thriving modern district.

Visit a stately home or English Heritage, National Trust property - of which there are many.

Fly to the Channel Islands or to the Isles of Scilly and hire a boat for the day.

Aerial spotting of castle, ruins and famour landmarks whilst en route.  Land local and pay a visit.

Fly by helicopter to a unique London location and have afternoon tea or an exclusive lunch.

Or simply go for a potter around the local skies, a trip around trip or down to the coast.
